How to Interpret Your Result

Understanding fill rate performance: • 95-99%: Excellent - meeting industry best practices • 90-95%: Good - room for improvement • 85-90%: Average - significant opportunity for improvement • Below 85%: Poor - likely causing customer dissatisfaction Consider the cost of improving fill rate vs. the cost of lost sales and customer dissatisfaction.
